Peony Sweets operates under Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows home-based food businesses to sell directly to consumers.

 

Important Disclosures:

• Our products are homemade and not subject to commercial kitchen regulations.

• While we follow strict hygiene practices, our kitchen is not inspected by the health department.

• Allergen Notice: Our treats may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and other allergens.

• No shipping available. We only offer local pickup and delivery within our designated areas.
